Wine list of the week: Adler, from zero to 650 wines in 30 days
Not all sommeliers get to build a cellar from scratch but that is exactly the task that Fredrik Holm got at the new restaurant Adler in Gothenburg. 30 days after opening 650 wines are on the wine list, with DRC, Kistler and Harlan Estate among the famous names.
